allowed me to reverse image search via more than just google or bing.
in this particular case it was Yandex that gave me a hit on a cyrillic page that had the coloured version which allowed me to search on *that* image to find other colour images of it which led me to the potential books
(there was also a bing hit but i ignored that because bing suck)
ON the 'similiar sites' links on the right side this page caught my interest, it was not the same image but it felt VERY similiar, especially to the non-explicit image.
if you click on the artists name more than 3000 images of similiar type shows up, i looked up the first 1000 before i gave up, none were exactly identical but some were very similiar and explicit, for instance such as this one
this indicates to me its in a book somewhere, but which one? no clue!
but i did find out that the british musum in 2013-10-03 had an exhibition of similiar images!
